1. Ballgirlz by Ballboyz: a mock warning written to the parent who pays (527 days)
“WARNING YOUR DAUGHTER WILL GET HOOKED”
- Structure
- “WARNING” in huge red capitals across the top → “YOUR DAUGHTER WILL GET HOOKED” underneath → the pink Ballgirlz face-scrub pouch and a soapy white bar on a pink plinth → a mother's review on the right (“My daughter ditched her entire skincare routine - this did more in days than anything else did in years.” Jessica 38, Mother) → three pills: 250,000 sold, Made in the USA, Dermatologist tested. The headline under the image reads “#1 Skincare for Female Athletes”, and the primary text quotes a second mother.
- Why it works
- It's a teen product sold to the parent who pays, and every element talks to that parent: the warning names their daughter, the review comes from another mother, and the three pills answer what a parent checks before buying skincare for a teenager. The “warning” is a joke with the benefit inside it (she'll actually use it), so the loudest text on the image still sells the product. It has run since May 23, 2025.
- Make it yours
- Work out who pays for your product when it isn't the person who uses it, and write the headline to that buyer about the user (“your daughter”, “your husband”, “your dog”).
- Back it with a review from someone in the same role as the buyer, plus three short proof points they'd check before buying.
- Make it a static ad: paste your product link, and swap in your buyer, your review and your product shot.
