ViralMojo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bottle Neko Inc., doing business as ViralMojo ("ViralMojo," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our AI marketing workspace (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name and email address, provided through our authentication provider when you sign up or log in.
  • Billing information — your subscription plan and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
  • Content you provide — the product URL you submit, the prompts and messages you enter, and any files you upload, such as B-roll, images, or brand assets.
  • Generated content — the research, strategy, scripts, and videos the Service produces for you.
  • Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with the Service, collected automatically and through analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product usage.
  • Connected Meta account data — if you choose to connect your Meta ad account, the read-only ad and Page data described in “Connected Meta accounts (ViralMojo Connect)” below.
  • Newsletter subscription — the email address you enter if you subscribe to our teardowns newsletter on the marketing site.

2. Connected Meta accounts (ViralMojo Connect)

You can optionally connect your own Meta ad account to the Service through our “ViralMojo Connect” integration, using Meta's Facebook Login for Business. If you do, we access the following data from Meta's platform on a strictly read-only basis:

  • Ads and performance data — the ads in the ad account you connect and their delivery and performance metrics, such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion actions (via the ads_read permission).
  • Ad creative — the images and videos used in those ads, so we can display them alongside their performance (via the ads_read permission).
  • Your Facebook Pages — the list of Pages you manage (name and identifier), so you can choose which Page to link, and that Page's basic content and metadata needed to associate your ads with their Facebook posts (via the pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement permissions).
  • An access token — issued by Meta when you authorize the connection, stored encrypted at rest, and used solely to refresh the data above on a daily schedule.

3. How we use and share connected Meta data

We use connected Meta data solely to display your own ad performance and creative library inside your ViralMojo workspace, and to generate the analysis you request there. Our access is read-only: we do not create, edit, publish, or manage ads, posts, or comments, and we never post or act on your Meta account on your behalf.

We do not sell Meta platform data, and we do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or any other third party for their own purposes. It is processed only by the subprocessors that host and operate the Service and, when you request analysis of it, by our AI model providers — in each case under confidentiality and data-protection obligations and solely to provide the Service to you.

We retain connected Meta data for as long as your connection and account remain active. You can disconnect at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, remove “ViralMojo Connect”), which immediately invalidates the access token, and you can ask us to delete the data we have already retrieved — see our Data Deletion Instructions page (viralmojo.ai/data-deletion). Our use of Meta platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating the research, strategy, and videos you request;
  • process your subscription, credits, and payments;
  • communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates;
  • monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. Teardowns newsletter

If you subscribe to our free teardowns newsletter, we collect the email address you enter and use it solely to send you that newsletter. Subscribing does not create an account, and we do not combine your newsletter email with advertising data or sell it.

The list is managed and emails are delivered by our email provider (a subprocessor bound by data-protection obligations). Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing, or asking us to remove you via the contact below, deletes your address from the list.

6. AI processing and subprocessors

To generate outputs, we send the content you provide — such as your prompts, research inputs, and uploaded assets — to third-party AI model providers that process it on our behalf solely to produce your results.

We also rely on infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and error-monitoring providers (collectively, our “subprocessors”) to run the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may process information only to provide services to us.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • with subprocessors and service providers who help us operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality terms;
  • with our payment processor to handle billing;
  • with advertising platforms (currently Meta) in hashed form, solely to measure ad performance — see “Advertising and ad measurement”;
  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request;
  • to protect the rights, property, or safety of ViralMojo, our users, or the public;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8. Advertising and ad measurement

We advertise ViralMojo on third-party platforms, currently Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, we use the Meta Pixel on our marketing site and Meta's Conversions API on our servers.

The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) that help attribute your visit to an ad you clicked. If you sign up or purchase after arriving from an ad, we send Meta a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address together with those click identifiers, so Meta can confirm the ad led to a signup or purchase. We do not send your report contents, your workspace data, or your payment details to Meta.

Meta processes this data as described in its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking through your browser's cookie controls, and manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta Ad Preferences (accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences).

9. Data retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed, we retain information only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can manage your subscription and close your account at any time.

We honor applicable rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

12. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies to operate the Service and analytics tools to understand product usage. Our marketing site also sets advertising cookies from Meta (see “Advertising and ad measurement”). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

13. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process information on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate.

14. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
