ViralMojo
Bestever vs ViralMojo

The Bestever alternative that does the research and makes the static ad.

Bestever AI (bestever.ai) paired competitor ad research with AI image and video generation. Samba acquired it in June 2026; per AppSumo's July 16 support notice, the self-serve platform closed on August 31, 2026, and bestever.ai now steers visitors to an enterprise demo. ViralMojo, still open for self-serve sign-up, keeps both the research and the statics: it finds what's winning in your niche — organic and paid — decodes why each ad works, reads what customers actually say, writes the brief and hooks in their words, then generates the finished static ad with its copy. It doesn't make video — for that, there's a video generator further down.

Which should you choose?

Per AppSumo, Bestever AI's self-serve platform closed Aug 31, 2026; ViralMojo covers its research and its static ads, but not its video.

Choose Bestever if

  • Video was what you mostly made in Bestever — it generated AI video on its video plans, and ViralMojo doesn't make video, so a video generator is the closer fit there.
  • You produce creative across a catalog of thousands of SKUs — bestever.ai now pitches that enterprise use case through a demo, while ViralMojo generates one finished static ad per run.
  • Your ads ran on LinkedIn as well as Meta — Bestever covered both, while ViralMojo's paid coverage is Meta Ads (plus organic TikTok and Reels).

Choose ViralMojo if

  • You'd rather sign up than book a sales call, and you want a tool that isn't going anywhere — ViralMojo is self-serve from $99/mo, no demo required.
  • The competitor research was the part you valued, and you want it wider: winners across organic and paid in your exact niche, not only the ads of competitors you add by hand.
  • You want the thinking and the static ad in the same place — each winner decoded, a brief and hooks in your customers' own words, then a ready-to-run 1:1, 4:5 or 9:16 image built from that brief.

Why marketers want this

What are marketers actually asking for?

Why an agent, not another dashboard

“If you're spending hours scrolling the Ad Library by hand, exporting CSVs from Ads Manager every Monday, staring at a blank doc trying to write ad variation #14…”
@mikefutia

Why signal beats guessing

“posting without knowing what's working in your niche is just noise. the agent gives you signal.”
@fromzerotomill

Why live, not aggregated

“i genuinely think organic content is becoming one of the biggest moats in business — especially for apps + ecommerce brands.”
@jorgiabays

Why your exact niche

“You don't guess what to post. You check what's working in your niche right now, then make content that matches.”
@shamilmae

Why decode, then adapt

“your competitors have already spent millions testing. you don't have to start from scratch — study what's working in your niche and adapt it.”
@malahkhai

Why start from organic

“Start with $0 organic content on TikTok / IG. Post daily and find your natural winners.”

FAQ

Should you switch from Bestever?

Samba, the media-intelligence company behind Samba TV, announced on June 22, 2026 that it had acquired Bestever AI; founder and CEO Apoorva Govind joined Samba as Director of Product along with the full Bestever team. Terms weren't disclosed, and the announcement didn't say what would happen to the product. According to a support notice AppSumo posted to Bestever buyers on July 16, 2026, the self-serve platform was shutting down on August 31, 2026; buyers were told to export their videos, projects, and reports before then because files wouldn't be recoverable afterwards. Bestever's own site shows only an acquisition banner and now routes visitors to an enterprise demo booked through Calendly.

Not as a self-serve product. Per AppSumo's July 16 support notice, the self-serve platform closed on August 31, 2026, and the AppSumo deal is sold out. The bestever.ai site is still online with an acquisition banner, but it has turned toward enterprise: the nav and every pricing button lead to a Calendly demo booking. If you want a self-serve home for the competitor research and the static images, ViralMojo covers both; for AI video, see Creatify below.

Mostly — it takes over the research and the static images, though not the video. Bestever analyzed competitors' ads and generated images and video from that analysis. ViralMojo's agent does the research first: it finds what's winning in your niche across organic and paid, decodes why each one works, digs into what customers say on Reddit, X, and YouTube, and writes a brief plus hooks and scripts in their own words. Then it generates the finished static ad — one image per run, full copy included, in 1:1, 4:5, or 9:16, with up to 16 reference images to steer it. Video is the one Bestever job it doesn't take on: you shoot it or use a video generator.

ViralMojo is $99/mo (Starter), $199/mo (Creator), or $399/mo (Pro), or $79 / $159 / $319 a month billed yearly; there's no free tier. Every tier has every feature. What scales is volume: 1,000, 3,000, or 6,000 credits a month, and 3, 10, or 20 tracked competitors and saved queries. A finished static ad costs 10 credits and is charged only when the image generates successfully. Bestever's pricing page still lists plans from $39/mo, but its buttons now lead only to an enterprise demo on Calendly, so that isn't a price you can sign up at.

Static images are common ground — both tools make them. Around that, ViralMojo adds three things. Organic, not just ads: Bestever's own FAQ said it analyzed ads only, while ViralMojo's agent also searches TikTok and Reels. The customer, not just the creative: each winner gets taken apart into hook, story, and voice, and the agent pulls what buyers say on Reddit, X, and YouTube. And a written plan before any pixels: a brief that names each variation's test variable, plus hooks and scripts in your customers' own words, which then feed the static ad — made with GPT Image 2 from 40 static-ad templates. Where Bestever went further is video, which ViralMojo doesn't make.

Yes. Start from your product URL and the competitors you were tracking in Bestever; the agent pulls their current ads and this week's winners on day one. Static creatives you exported from Bestever can go to the agent as reference images, up to 16 per generation. Video still needs a separate tool.
