1. Bariatric Fusion: one customer review is the whole headline (615 days)
“Helps with gas pains! My doctor recommended this after my gastric bypass due to excessive gas. It has helped calm my stomach and with gas.”
- Structure
- Five stars → a customer's review quoted in full as the headline, with her name and “Verified Customer” under it → the bottle, tilted large into the lower half of the frame. The primary text repeats the same quote word for word, and the button says Shop now. Nothing else is on the image: no offer, no claim list.
- Why it works
- The buyer this brand sells to has a very specific problem, and the review names it in their own words: gastric bypass, gas, a doctor's suggestion. Someone in that situation recognises themselves in the first line, which does the targeting before any copy has to. A quote also reads as a person talking, so the ad can stay this plain and still hold attention; it has been running since Feb 24, 2025.
- Make it yours
- Pull your reviews and find one that names a specific situation (who they are, what happened, what changed), not just “love it”.
- Put it on the image verbatim as the headline, with the reviewer's first name and the stars above it, and your product filling the lower half.
- Remake it as a static ad from this one: paste your product link and swap in your review, product shot and colours.
